Myrtiotissa

Myrtiotisa beach, Corfu

Myrtiotissa is a very beautiful beach on the west coast of Corfu about 15 kilometres west of Corfu Town. This is a naturally beautiful area which has not been developed. The beach is backed by sheer cliffs covered with trees and shrubs, with rocky promontories at either end.  Above the beach, just to the north, is the Virgin of Myrtiotissa monastery. Due to its isolation and natural beauty, Myrtiotissa is popular with nudists.
