Benitses

Benitses is located on the east coast of Corfu about 12 kms south of Corfu Town. Although Benitses has in the past, been a lively resort, it now has a quieter atmosphere. Benitses Beach, CorfuIt was formerly a fishing village and some of the old houses still remain. There is an interesting Shell Museum and the remains of a Roman villa and baths.

Blue buses offer a regular service between Corfu Town and Benitses. There is also a bus service to Moraitika and Kavos. Taxis also available.
